Hopefully, everyone was able to participate in this April Fool’s Joke. Does the Board have a sense of humor? My guess is that someone from the Board will have Eric send the guys to take them down.

I wish it wasn’t a joke and hope that all of our shareholders and residents will make their voices heard during the upcoming election process in May June. (Our bylaws state that the election process must take place before May 31st each year and gives the the Board discretion in scheduling the actual day/time. Our Board continues to ignore the bylaws…and it has been brought to their attention many times…by holding elections in June for at least the last two years.)
