This is a recap of his third failed attempt to get Ms. Wertheim and The Board to act. After receiving The Board’s second response on October 19, 2023, Greg sent a third note to the Board through BuildingLink on January 8, 2024. Again, he simplified his request further by breaking out the questions related to stepping down as President and the recusal from the 4N litigation for both Ms. Wertheim and the Board. Not surprisingly, Ms. Wertheim failed to respond and the Board stuck to its rote response, “be advised that the Eastmore Board of Directors reaffirms its full support for Ms. Wertheim as President. Our stance remains unchanged since your last two correspondences dated September 25, 2023 and October 9, 2023.” This response was sent via USPS Certified Mail.
