TL;DR
This is part 2 of 3 of Greg Simpson’s attempt to address the Board President’s Code of Conduct Violation. Here is a link to Failure to Act: My Battle Against Board President’s Code of Conduct Violation – Part 1 for reference.
This is a recap of his second failed attempt to get Ms. Wertheim and The Board to act. After receiving The Board’s initial response on September 27th, Greg sent a second note to the Board through BuildingLink on October 9, 2023. In this note, he attempted to clarify his questions for both Ms. Wertheim and The Board. He was, again, unsuccessful in having Ms. Wertheim step down as Board President and having her recuse herself from all 4N litigation matters. Again, Ms. Wertheim failed to respond and, again, The Board refused to answer his questions. The Board sent the same message as before, stating that “the Eastmore Board of Directors reaffirms its full support of Ms. Wertheim as President.” Despite asking The Board to reply via email and refrain from wasting shareholder funds on formal responses, they again used USPS Certified Mail at $8.53 (again, was this a good use of shareholder funds?). The post below contains the second note to the Board and their response.
Second note to The Eastmore Board of Directors sent through BuildingLink – October 9, 2023.
Board response via USPS Certified Mail.
Stay tuned. This is the second of 3 posts on this subject.
